well stocked minibar dining options evening entertainment extra charge rude receptionist unpleasant odor
The room offered a well-stocked minibar, it was replaced daily! dining options were diverse. a la carte service was available at lunch, also in the evening. evening entertainment was provided. a water taxi near the jetty offered rides to destinations across the bay. This was useful.
the receptionist at check-in displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. the room was quite small. the bathroom had a noticeable, unpleasant odor throughout the stay

lovely team prompt assistance effective communication easier life
the team at the restaurant was genuinely lovely. i especially appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to cater to my needs. the whatsapp support group was a surprisingly effective way to communicate questions and receive prompt assistance. i think the readiness to help made our life easier.
the gym lacked some updated equipment though it was a minor thing.

great attention amazing views trained baristas
i found the customer service excellent. staff offered great attention to detail. the location provided amazing views. the alcohol served included actual brands. trained baristas served all drinks. i plan to return.
it was disappointing. the receptionist was rude.
